Sarah Ryan is an experienced dietitian practising at Specialist Centre Ballarat.
Sarah consults at Specialist Centre Ballarat and also has clinical appointments at Ballarat Health Services and the Royal Melbourne Hospital. Sarah works as an Advanced Practicing Gastroenterology Dietitian at Ballarat Health Services, primarily supporting patients with coeliac disease, inflammatory bowel disease and irritable bowel syndrome.
After growing up and completing her schooling in Ballarat, Sarah completed her Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics at Monash University in 2012. She has worked in clinical dietitian roles in Tasmania, Bendigo, Melbourne and Ballarat.
Sarah in an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Accredited Nutritionist, and a professional member of Dietitians Australia. She is a Monash FODMAP trained dietitian, and a professional member of Coeliac Australia and the Dietitian Crohn’s Colitis Australia Network (DECCAN).

Referrals
At Specialist Centre the dietitian works closely with the gastroenterologists and surgeons who often make referrals. Referrals are also welcomed from GPs. A doctor’s referral is preferred but not necessary.
